Ocean strom

Ocean Strom transforms light into a suspended atmospheric phenomenon. Cotton gauze, shaped and hardened over an iron structure, creates an undulating mass that evokes sea currents, foam or moving cloud formations. From within, light filters through the folds of the fabric, revealing a geography of cavities and transparencies that change depending on the viewpoint. The sculpture: a luminous body that seems to be in a continuous process of formation, like a storm captured in the moment before it disperses. In it, the textile material behaves like condensed energy, turning lighting into a sensory and almost meteorological experience of space.
