Regina Dejiménez: About me & my art

I am fascinated by the phenomena of nature, how matter flows in its different states: solid, liquid and gaseous and is in continuous transformation. How the micro and the macro share structures and at the same time the universe is full of imperceptible mysteries. How everything is UNITED. I am interested in representing the transformation of matter from a physical and chemical point of view. How life manifests itself in form and energy. How each element is linked to thousands of other elements, creating a network of relationships that expands to infinity.

With my work I experience these hybrid and fusionares places, expanding the imagination and the sensory perception of people and collaborating in creating a more sensitive and coherent society.

My goal is to create new imaginaries from textures, forms and experiences in space.

I explore the boundaries between art, craft and design, through the creation of installations, sculptures and objects. I materialize sensations.

Textile and Design Studio - My textures: 05

How the phenomena of nature manifest themselves on our skin, how matter flows in its different states in continuous transformation of itself.

Creating new imaginaries

I interweave the layers of the biological with organic realities that surround us in which the micro and the macro share structures. Searching for mysteries, I find imperceptible systems.

Offering possible realities
